ASBM has been the recipient of the ISO 29990:2010 for Learning services for non-formal education and training. This also enhances the transparency and allows comparison our learning services with the worldwide sill management and education service providers. The objective of ISO 29990:2010 is to provide a generic model for quality professional practice and performance, and a common reference for learning service providers (LSPs) and their clients in the design,
development and delivery of non-formal education, training and development. The standard encourages a focus on the learner and the results of the process, and emphasises the full range of options available for delivering the learning services.

ASBM has also been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 – a company level certification standard titled “Quality management systems – Requirements”. This certification is for the new, higher level structure as a common framework to all ISO management system. A quality management system (QMS) is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production/development/service) in the core business area of an organization. (i.e. areas that can impact the organization’s ability to meet customer requirements.) and the ISO 9001 is a recognition for maintaining the high levels in that.
